PRODUCTION & SHIPPING TIMES

Please note that most of our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Producing items on demand, rather than in bulk, helps reduce overproduction and overhead costs, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions and supporting our small business! 

All items ship via standard delivery straight from the manufacturer. We use multiple manufacturers from multiple worldwide locations, so this means that if your order contains more than one item, you may receive them in separate shipments with varied expected delivery dates.

Following are estimates on delivery times by product category for basic shipping to customers in the United States:

CUSTOM APPAREL ITEMS
2-5 business days for production + standard shipping times of 2-4 business days.
CUSTOM COFFEE MUGS
4-7 business days for production + standard shipping times of 2-4 business days.
CUSTOM TUMBLERS
1-3 business days for production + standard shipping times of 2-4 business days.
CUSTOM HOME GOODS
Production varies by product type. Refer to details in product description for more details.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our custom lake products, we only exchange or refund items if they are received defective or damaged. Exchanges or refunds are not given for ordering incorrect sizing, colors or quantities.

Please notify us within 7 days of receiving a damaged or defective item by sending us an email using our contact form. We'll contact you promptly to correct the order. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer address on your shipment.

There are certain situations where we may ask for a photo of the item to submit to our manufacturing partners to facilitate a quicker replacement process.
